Deepa has trained and motivated individuals into action across two continents. She has spoken at many prestigious functions. Deepa’s presentations are both entertaining and motivating. She uses the principles of Adult Learning to convey her message to her audience. Deepa managed her own Public Speaking School in Mumbai before moving to Australia.

Deepa’s skill as an MC – “Master of Ceremonies” ensures that even the most boring event is transformed into a memorable one. She uses a unique blend of wit, wisdom and warmth to add value to the event. She ensures that things run on time, run to time and that energy levels are always high.

Deepa is an expert Action learning Set Facilitator and has great faith in her ability to inspire and generate ‘action’ from the knowledge and skills that the set members possess.

Deepa has mastered the “gift of the gab”. She has been a Public Speaker since she was seven years old. She has won a number of Public Speaking Competitions, the most recent being in 2001.

Deepa has achieved remarkable success in Australia in the short time she has lived here. She is the Equity Officer at a university. Her primary task involves developing and implementing the Managing Diversity Policy. She has served on a number of high profile critical decision-making committees. She is currently a Board Member of ATEC (Access, Training and Employment Center). Deepa is the first Indian ever to be the President of Rostrum, an Australian Public Speaking Club.

Deepa is currently writing her first book entitled – The Road To Success, Rules For Personal and Professional Victory. The book promises to be a bestseller. Deepa has been featured in the Australian media on a number of occasions.
